How long does it take to design a website
We generally try to work within a 3-4 week time frame. However, the length of time it takes to design and build a website depends on the complexity of the design and the number of revisions or changes to the scope of work.
What Technologies do you utilize
We use the WordPress CMS to build custom websites for our clients. If required, we also integrate premium WordPress themes by other developers if nessesary. Our themes are custom built with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP and are unique for each client, however can also use Premium Page Builders like DIVI, WPBakery, and Elementor which allow our clients to easily build pages through a drag-and-drop user interface, without the need for coding knowledge.
How many revisions can we make?
Yes, you will be able to read, review and revise all the posts before publishing begins. You will need to make requests for revisions prior to start the posting cycle.
Do we need to pay to license images and videos
Yes. It would be helpful to us if you are able to provide text and photos prior to the design phase of the home page mockup, but we try to source licensed images when necessary to complete the project.
Do you offer long-term maintenance plans for websites?
Yes, we provide email and chat support. Response time during business hours is usually 24 hours or less. If you have a fully Managed Website with us, you have direct access to a Website Manager.
